A letter from Ellie to her readers: Dear Family and Friends, my Mommy is such a sucker! She thinks she can potty train me...are you kidding me?! I'm sorry, but who's really in charge here?
So, as you can see from my beautiful Cinderella undies in the pictures, I got to wear my Big Girl Underpants all over the house yesterday afternoon. I felt beautiful! My left bum cheek is super cute...instead of having just one flop, my bum has two on that one side. It's adorable, really. Please excuse the photo of me touching myself inappropriately, but I just wanted to make sure my Mommy was getting my new undies in the picture...I had to show her where my pretty pictures of Cinderella were, you know?
The funniest thing about the whole "potty training" scheme was that Mommy was banking on two things: 1) that I would hate wearing wet undies if I had an accident and 2) that I would hate having to take off my big girl undies to go back to diapers if I made a mess of my undies. Hah! What that Momma just doesn't get is that I wear a wet diaper all day every day; what's a pair of wet undies?!...still wet, just a lot prettier than a diaper. The other thing she doesn't get is that I LOVE my diaper...it's security...I also LOVE being a "baby" still...hey, there's nothing wrong with that.
Mommy, I promise. I'll let you know when I'm ready. I'm a red-head, remember?...this whole bit is going to be on MY terms, ok?

I love it! Those little ones truely have a mind of there own! It's so hard for us control freaks to feel like you don't have control sometimes...or most of the time for me. We did bear bottom the 2nd time around potty training, it seemed to work...especially for #2!!
