Mom and I took Ellie to The Americana, this amazing new outdoor mall/condo complex in Glendale sometime last week. It was awesome! The stores are amazing, there's a great little playground for the kids, a trolley ("choo-choo," as Ellie called it) that runs through the whole place, and best of all, there's a waterfall show to music every half hour. We ate fries, drank Diet Cokes, and just hung out for an hour or so; I can't wait to go back.
