Ellie and I had the best afternoon together today while Charlie was napping. All we did really was hang out, but she was just so sweet, affectionate, and fun to watch entertain herself for those two hours. She was wearing a new outfit from her Mimi that is absolutely darling but that, without a doubt, makes her look like she totally belongs in a Miami retirement community. It just sealed the deal when she insisted on wearing her pink visor all morning long on top of the whole get-up. too cute. And yes, in case you were wondering, my daughter really DOES stand that close to the screen when she watches TV...EVERY time.
